Reviews and Ratings
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. What was marketed as a beach resort turned out to be misleading, with mostly rocky access and poor cleanliness throughout the property. The room assigned to us was not as booked, and the condition of the facilities left much to be desired. I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to think twice before booking.
I recently stayed at this resort, and while the location is beautiful and the beach is still a highlight, I was disappointed by the overall condition of the property. The rooms were mostly clean, and the staff was welcoming, but the amenities that one would expect from a resort were lacking. It's definitely a work in progress, and the value for what we paid didn't quite match the experience.
We had a decent stay, appreciating the beautiful North Bay Beach location and clean accommodations. The property offers good value with its amenities, although it does need some renovations, especially in the cottages. Breakfast was included, adding to the overall experience, but the pub service could be improved based on previous encounters.
I had high hopes for this stay, especially with the gorgeous location near North Bay Beach, but it fell short. While our cottage was clean and had comfortable beds, the overall condition was quite outdated and in need of serious renovations. The amenities were decent for the price, but the property needs a lot of work to genuinely feel like a getaway.
Unfortunately, our experience at this resort was quite disappointing. While the staff was kind and tried their best to help, the condition of the cottages was far from ideal, with many urgent maintenance issues. We were looking forward to our stay, but the outdated and unkempt facilities really overshadowed the positives. Given the price we paid, it feels like we didn't get good value for our money.
